I help people do more than improve their lives. I help them understand themselves deeply so they can live with greater clarity, confidence and purpose. For more than 30 years, I have worked in Personal & Professional Development, beginning as a Corporate Trainer in 1989 (in Italy) and later expanding into Team Building and One on One Coaching.

Over time, I saw a major gap in the Industry: too much generic advice and not enough personalization. People were being told what to do, but not how to understand who they are. That reflection let me to study and become a BioPsychology and Psychosomatic Illness therapist in 2004, the tools of which I used to create the Personality and Needs Profile®.

This scientifically grounded approach accelerates self knowing for better decision making and a happier, healthier life. By 2010, my Coaching programs went global, now reaching clients in more than 70 countries of the world. In 2018, I was recognised as one of the Top 100 World Women Achievers for the transformational impact of my Methodology.

I am also the bestselling author (2015) of Modus Vivendi: Your Life Your Way, a book that has guided thousands through a 7 Day Self Transformation Journey. My Your Way series, including Your Work Your Way and Your Love Your Way, continues the same mission: to help people of all ages know themselves clearly and live themselves confidently.

In 2026, I began training Coaches to become Certified Facilitators in the Your Life Your Way Coaching Methodology™. With a world that feels increasingly uncertain, I structure my work to offer something rare: tools that help people create real, positive and long lasting change from the inside out, their unique way.

My family remains my number one priority. In my free time, I hang out with my four adult children, grandchildren and dogs, traveling, hiking and playing games, be it in Italy where I raised them, throughout Europe or even back in the USA where I was born (and graduated in 1984 from Miami University of Ohio in Marketing).
